Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Tiree Tea (tireetea.co.uk). We’re based on the Isle of Tiree, so everything is packed and dispatched from the island.

Processing Times

All standard orders are processed within 3–4 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. As we dispatch from Tiree, please allow extra time for parcels to reach a mainland depot before entering the national postal system.
If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

Note: Some items (including clothing and selected merchandise) are printed on demand and shipped by a third party. You’ll receive tracking details when your item is dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.

UK Deliveries

Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked 48, depending on the item.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days from dispatch.

International Deliveries

We use Royal Mail International Tracked for international orders.
Delivery times vary by destination and are outside our control. Please allow extra time, especially around public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

If your order includes tracking, we’ll include your tracking number in the confirmation.
UK orders are not always tracked unless you’ve chosen a tracked option at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will do our best to:

Replace lost items, where possible
Send replacements for damaged goods

Please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs and other details to help us submit a claim to the carrier.

Keep all packaging materials and damaged items until advised, particularly for courier claims.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
