Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
You’ll need to contact us first to let us know you’re sending something back.
We do not cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
- If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or reject the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, as appropriate.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. open tea packets)
- Custom or personalised items
- Digital downloads
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something different, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
