Gneiss Earl Grey has been inspired by a lighthouse! Gneiss is the bedrock of the Hebrides andย Tiree gneiss was the intended building materialย for theย Skerryvore lighthouse,ย but after the first three foundational courses the builders opted for softer Mull granite for the rest of the tower!
Like its namesake, Gneiss Earl Grey is a solid base for a great cuppa, topped with lighter notes.
